MultiCard pro is a completely automated finishing system equipped with  top feeding suction feeder which is right side registed . The feed table holds a stack of paper up to 100mm high.
Absolutely straight megnetic pilar side guide allows loading of different width of paper and constant skew, while the skew of the table is adjustable.
Adjustable blast and seperation height allows loading of different thickness.
Various of paper deflector and press avoid thinner paper flap too much under blast to ensure a constant and smooth feeding.

When the ultrasonic sheet detector sees more than one sheet being fed at a time it automatically stops the machine. This system eliminates the system from having to stop due to a mis-feed and prevents a jam before it happens.
MultiCard pro has 6 slitting heads that will slit each sheet at pre-set positions. A precision machined screw bar ensures accuracy each time the heads move from one position to another. A fully automated cross cutting system also ensures sheets are cut accurately in the cross direction.  Up to 32 cuts per sheet are possible. Three columns with gutters or up to 5 columns without gutters can be made. This allows a larger sheet to be cut down to size in both directions without having to add any accessories or additional hardware. Cards are automatically dropped to an  waste bin.
Operators can program a job in two ways:
1) input sheet size, finished card size and trim and gutter specifications OR
2) input all of the slit/cut/crease positions user the interface. The graphical interface design ensures that users know the values that have been input but can also see them which is more convenient and user friendly.
Digitally printed pages differ from offset printed pages as the accuracy of where the image on the page and where 2 back to back pages are in relation to each other is much lower. This can lead to a finished job being unacceptable to the customer. 8336BSC software contains a series of icons that allow the user to compensate for image shift/stretch/shrink simply through a few clicks of adjustment.
Up to 4 option linear partial perforator is allowed to be mounted in the the system so that it make cross or T shape perforation together with perf bar. Upto 16 partial section can be defined from the touch screen
A slot where slide-in tools can be easily exchanged allows for a wide variety of jobs to be performed. A male and female crease bar and a perforating bar are available. All tools are made out of durable metal and will last as long as the main body of the unit.
In order to realize more efficient work of cards,Multicard Folder - MCF33 is designed to be added after Multi Card pro as option.
It accept creased cards from MCF33 by 1-3 coloums a time, the suction conveyor ensures the cards will be fed into the knife folding system straightly so that folding job can be perfect.
Knife folding system is also built to handle heavier digitally printed stocks and will not cause scratching or scuffing on printed pages
In order to collect more cards without stopping the machine, Optional outfeed conveyor can be mounted at the exit of card cutter, whose capacity is enough to collect any cards of different sizes proceed from full pile height of feed sheets at feeding table.

EFI and Ausjetech have collaborated to develop time-saving integration between Fiery Driven print engines, Fiery workflow software, and Ausjetech 8336BSC finishers.


For the most common jobs such as business cards or postcards, Ausjetech provides imposition templates to use in Fiery Impose that match the finishing templates on the Ausjetech 8336BSC finishers. The finishing templates come pre-set with measurements for the margins and gutters as well as finishing sizes. The templates use barcodes and registration marks that let the Ausjetech finishers adjust automatically without intervention.

Trimposer was developed by Ausjetech to integrate Imposer, Job Manager and Error Logger. Barcode generation and reading technology connect the pre-press to the finishing function by sharing the imposing information with the finisher. This greatly reduces programming time and the chance of errors being made.

Usually the template is defined by every slit and cut line position,which is time consumable and need calculation.
With trimposer, you just input paper size and card size, so that the slit and cut line of  template are well defined with all other data set by default values.
Job creasted by Trimposer will be synchonized to 8336BSC mainboard and vice versa, so that 2 devices works as one.
The barcode generated by Trimposer can be recognized by the reader of 8336BSC and precisely recall the correct job to handle the print sheet with template defined by trimposer.
Like the touch screen attached with 8336BSC ,Users could also run /stop 8336BSC by icons on Trimposer so that even no need to touch 8336BSC to operate it.
Likewise, when 8336BSC get problem like error or jam, the error report will also be sent to Trimposer so that operator could get to know from the UI
Trimposer was designed with several icon to handle different kinds of complicated gangup job in a single click.
For example in the photo, there are 21 cards in the sheet, back side has same graphic while the each card of front side differs. It was a complicate and time consuming job before, but with trimposer, it take only one click of icon.
With PC work as UI, operators are allowed to remote control it to control the 8336BSC in a seperate room or even beyond big distance.
Trimposer could generate  error log and production sheet to allow operator to monitor the running situations so that a better period check and maintainence plan can be made even working remotely.
