S210 is a completely automated finishing system equipped with a centre fed bottim feeding suction feeder that features adjusting side guides The feed table holds a stack of paper up to 200mm high.
S210 has 2 slitting heads that will slit each sheet at pre-set positions. A precision machined screw bar ensures accuracy each time the heads move from one position to another. A fully automated cross cutting system also ensures sheets are cut accurately in the cross direction. and in the same pass, 2 special corner cutter will cut 4 corner of the encapsulated sheet into round shape

Not like Normal Pouch laminator, S210 us Roll PET film as consumable which is less procceed thus less costy than Pouch. Besides, since it is much easier to use customized size, users no need to worry about the waste even if the sheet size is not standard.
Operators can program a job with touch screen in intuitive ways which is convenient and user friendly.

ADJUSTABLE SEALING EDGE
The sealing edge are decided by the pouch for pouch lamination, very few space or even no space for adjustment, S210 can flexibly adjust the 4 side of seal edge, even different from each other to enable jobs like badge or folder innter sheet, just in addition of holes.
CUSTOMIZEABLE SIZE SHEET
Pouch consumable has limited type of sizes, which means the convenient job is only for standard sheet size, if users want to do job with customizable sheet size, Pouch laminator can not do it or do it with big waste. However, with S210, it is never a problem becasue Roll films are customizable and Cutting is programmable.
