LOWER COST, HIGHER EFFICIENCY:
Traditional encapsulating is a very slow and time consuming process requiring each individual sheet to be manually inserted into a pouch. The revolutionary P33 uses rolls of PET film which cost far less to do this task. As well, the system can use rolls of varying widths to minimize film waste versus having to purchase pouches of various sizes. So, not only is the system far more efficient, but it will also save consumable costs for users.

FULL AUTOMATION:
The P33 is the perfect encapsulation solution for photographs and other important documents requiring protection. The machine is fully automated and comes complete with a top feeding suction feed, encapsulation unit, slitting and cutting capability, corner rounding and stacking system all in one pass. Users of the P33 have found that the system saves them as much as 50% of the time it takes to process an encapsulation job that also requires corner rounding.

ADJUSTABLE SEALING EDGE
The sealing edge are decided by the pouch for pouch lamination, very few space or even no space for adjustment, P33 can flexibly adjust the 4 side of seal edge, even different from each other to enable jobs like badge or folder innter sheet, just in addition of holes.
CUSTOMIZEABLE SIZE SHEET
Pouch consumable has limited type of sizes, which means the convenient job is only for standard sheet size, if users want to do job with customizable sheet size, Pouch laminator can not do it or do it with big waste. However, with P33, it is never a problem becasue Roll films are customizable and Cutting is programmable.
